Well if afm stands for the name of his company, and it's not in the film
industry, then there's not much afma can do about it, because it would not
be confusing to the consumer.

There are hundreds of industry, scientific, and professional
associations that have "American" and "Association" in their names.


I can think of about 10 others outside of the copyright industries, but
there are hundreds.
