He cannot leave the Northern District of California. That includes,
among other places, San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland. He also has
to check in periodically with the court. It's my understanding that
"pretrial services" (whoever that is) might be able to impose
additional restrictions. Further, although it's not strictly a
requirement, his attorney indicated that it'd be a bad idea for Dmitry
to give any public speeches. Anyone who knows more care to clarify any
of this?
