I've posted the following information on the Los Angeles Rally web site 
(http://www.hackhawk.net).

WHEN/WHERE

Date       : 23-Jul-2001

Location : Westwood Federal Building
            11000 Wilshire Boulevard

            Approximately 1 block east of the 405 freeway.

There is typically plenty of parking behind the Federal Building.  However, 
there are several parking lots just North of Wilshire Boulevard as 
well.   Yes you need to pay for them, it is LA afterall. :-)
