Protesters will gather outside the Warren Burger Federal Building at 316
Robert Street in downtown Saint Paul this Monday to protest the arrest of
Russian programmer Dmitry Sklyarov. The group hopes to promote public
awareness of this arrest and decry the unconstitutional broadening of
copyright congress passed in 1998 called the Digital Millennium Copyright
Act (DMCA).
