fyi - Rep. Boucher made the following statement for an EFF media release urging the release of
Sklyarov (we expect to have a full statement tomorrow):

"The arrest of Dmitry Sklyarov under federal copyright law for the creation of software that
facilitates the exercise of individual fair use rights is a travesty. I urge his immediate
release."
