lower "marginal costs" are what the supports of DMCA
are aiming at!!! (it is a shame and embarrassment they
are sacrificing america's constitution in the process)
and right now they believe that their marginal cost
will be less under DMCA than under any known
alternative, thus they will continue their support for
DMCA - plain and simple!

should the converse occur they will drop DMCA like a
hot potato - saying what DMCA!
