I think its a great idea.  One I hope to see implemented in any revision of 
Canada's copyright right act. i.e.

	"Your fair use of this book is restricted"
	"You may only read this book once"
	"Your right to copy CD is impaired"

Either that, or if a publsiher wishes to restrict the rights of fair use or 
first sale through an onerous license, then they must give up their 
copyright. i.e. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
