Not so:
1) You have a right to read Document A
2) I encrypt Document A, rendering it unreadable to you.
3) You have no right to decrypt Document A
Now, 2 & 3 work together so that you can no longer exercise your rights
under 1. Since 2 and 3 are later additions, they're effectively nullifying
1... Thus, although they do not explicitly counteract 1, by over-stepping
their bounds they implicitly do so.
