	Remember when all the pages went black, after Clinton signed
	the CDA?  Would a similar action work here?

	Aaaaaand, do you notice how DMCA proponents are citing
	a boom in online content since 1998 [um, duh?] as evidence
	that the DMCA is good?  As if there could be any connection
	there at all?

	It would be nice if we could point to a million blackened
	pages and say, "oh, yeah, sure does look like the DMCA is
	fostering creative expression there, ayup."
