I'm still thinking that a nice, organized, and LARGE protest at the
California State Capitol building would get a bit of attention. 

I live 2 blocks from the Capitol.. there's news crews out there all the
time. I can pretty much guarantee that the local media (KXTV10, KCRA13,
etc) would air something about it.

There is also a rather large Russian community in Sacramento.
