If you want more PGP/GPG users, then we should have a national campaign
for open-signing. It should not be hard to argue that it is necessary
in order to secure our countries email system, but it should be a
voluntary, patriotic effort. In this way, PGP/GPG will be come a vital part of
our national infrastructure
