Thanks Declan.  As always this is the key to our success.  Senator Gregg
is saying, in effect, that encryption software worldwide should have a
back door for US government agents.  As well as being repugnant to the
value of freedom, such a plan is clearly unworkable and contrary to the
interests of even our allies.  Is Gregg trying to break the
international coalition against the terrorists?
