Hi:
You could, but then our legislators would be considered distinguished, proud, 
and honorable men and women.  Our country would be a beacon of hope for the 
rest of the world.  Democracy would shine like the brightest star in the 
universe.  But then, our legislators would be relegated to a life of comfort, 
not rich, not poor.  Better we not have a disclaimer, better we have corrupt 
and dishonorable, greedy, disgraceful, jerks with their pockets full of 
campaign funds.    Tom
