Sorry for the late response; was away on vacation. The case was postponed because the court was unable to come up with competent judges in time. The most obvious place to find people with the necessary knowledge is the university. However, as people there don't exactly like OKOKRIM very much, OKOKRIM would most likely strongly object to selecting judges from the university. The trial has now been rescheduled for the week starting December 9th.
