[Seth-Trips] Multimedia technology seminar, EFF, today

I'm giving a seminar called something like "Introduction to multimedia
technologies" _today_ (Thursday, August 9) at EFF.

454 Shotwell Street, San Francisco, 10:30a.  (Near 16th Street BART.)

This is supposed to be an introduction to recording technologies
(especially the concepts leading up to digital audio recording),
especially for the benefit of people who are not well-versed in
technical details.  I hope that it will have material which will also
be interesting for people who do have some experience in the area.
