The Northern District of California court, San Francisco Division,
will hear the case at 9:00 am on April 25, 2003.

(This is the 321 Studios v. MGM case in which 321 Studios seeks
declaratory judgment that their software does not violate the DMCA.
If I mention what their software does, it will cause this message to
get caught by a lot of spam filters.)

For those who've never been to the N.D.Cal. San Francisco venue, it's
in the Federal Building, 450 Golden Gate Avenue; you need photo ID to
get in (!); it's near the Civic Center BART, and this case is assigned
to Judge Susan Illston, who's also hearing a number of other
interesting cases like Gilmore v. Ashcroft and Bowoto v. ChevronTexaco.
