[Seth-Trips] No Newdow en banc argument; appeal to Supreme Court predicted

The 9th Circuit has just decided not to grant rehearing en banc in the
Newdow case.  That means the decision in favor of Newdow and against
"under God" will stand.

If Newdow has to argue his cause before the Supreme Court, I'd like to go
to Washington to hear him.
