The Online Policy Group, represented by EFF, is suing Diebold in
Federal court tomorrow:

http://www.eff.org/Legal/ISP_liability/OPG_v_Diebold/20031103_eff_pr.php

There will be a hearing on OPG's request for a temporary restraining
order against Diebold. It's not clear whether that hearing will be
public (it might be in a judge's chambers, for example). If you're
interested in attending the hearing in the event that it is public,
you should watch Breaking News at

http://www.eff.org/news/breaking/

If the TRO matter gets a judge and courtroom number and the public can
attend, the information will be posted there.

At around noon (and possibly before), there will be a press conference
at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, in the plaza outside the Federal Building.
