Thanks for the kind invitation.

As I just explained on the phone, we have decided to have a press
conference on Oct. 15 to allow journalists who had planned to attend
the Oct. 8 event to have a way of getting the same information
promptly.

Since it would be prohibitively difficult to tell all the prospective
SDForum attendees about the new location in time, I'm going to decline
this invitation.  I'll be happy to accept any invitations to speak at
technical events in Silicon Valley if there's adequate time for
publicity beforehand.
