[Seth-Trips] Cert in Elk Grove v. Newdow

The Supreme Court has granted certiorari in Elk Grove Unified School
District v. Newdow.  I said before that, if they granted cert, I wanted
to go hear the case.  (This is a significantly more ambitious project
than Eldred because, unlike Eldred, the general public has heard of this
case.)
