EFF is giving out Pioneer Awards to Limor "Ladyada" Fried, Harri Hursti
and Carl Malamud.

And I'm presenting the $100,000 Cooperative Computing award for the
discovery of the largest known prime number, 2^43112609-1, by the
Great Internet Mersenne Prime Search project.

This ceremony is taking place at the Westin (right by Montgomery BART)
at 7:00 p.m. Thursday the 22nd, and includes food and drinks.  Tickets
cost $60 and benefit EFF.  People reading this message can bring a
