[Taocow PBEM] OOC: Experience Points

I'm working slowly through the archives to get experience points
worked out for everyone.  Because this is a PBEM, and it sometimes
takes two weeks just to complete a round of combat, I'm going to be
exaggerating the points, so hopefully everyone will, if not bump up a
level, will at least be well on the way.  I should have this done by
next week (I hope).
