[Taocow PBEM] Book 3 - Chapter III OOC

OOC: Other than Owen heading aft and Koba remaining on the bridge to
monitor the situation, I don't know where everyone else is going.
I'll give everyone else until tomorrow to declare, and then I'll just
randomly assign people.
