[Taocow PBEM] Book 3 - Chapter II - Talas and Carlos OOC

OOC I'm thinking probably a couple of minutes, which means Talas will
have to recharge very soon.  He has plenty of PPE at this moment,
however.  At the moment, if the map is accurate and you could get the
door open, you're probably about ten minutes away from the rest of the
party.
