En route to Duck Creek Campground, somewhere between Kanab, UT and Panguitch, UT. We were stopped at a rest area in the middle of nowhere when a sheriff's rig went screaming by. Our curiosity was piqued; a few miles up the road, we came across this scene. I'm pretty sure everyone was OK, though there were pipes everywhere.
