These movies were recorded on the ZSNES 1.36 Emulator. Re-name 
your Super Metroid ROM to: "metroid3.smc". Load up the emulator 
and the ROM , go to MISC and click to MOVIE OPN. Then, select 
the movie slots (0-3) to watch: 

ZMV 0: Space Station/Pre-Wrecked Ship: 0:16
ZMV 1: Wrecked Ship/Scavenger Run: 0:28
ZMV 2: Maridia/Lower Norfair: 0:46
ZMV 3: Tourian/Escape: 0:59 - 100%

*NOTE*: When you're playing the movies, don't open the command 
        menu (ESC), this may cause out-of-sync errors in the
        movie.

Comments: Considering my old 1:02/100% run was outdated, I decided
          to give it another try and get a 0:59 for Bulleta. YAY.
          I never thought this run would be pretty excellent when 
          I thought it was going to end on a painful 1:01. Very nice... 
          
          Thanks to Bulleta, I learned a few tricks here and there to go 
          better in the run. The best thing that helped me to get this 
          time was doing a lot of Pure Speed runs. I can now play easily 
          over 30 minutes without stopping and without making too much 
          screw-ups. But this could be also bad because you're used to do
          things in Pure Speed runs and make them when you're doing other 
          runs. You can note this on my first ZMV in Red-Brinstar before 
          I saved in the right room, I opened the yellow door for nothing, 
          door that I don't go through in 100% Speed Runs route. Yeah,
          that's very moronic to see.

          On a side note: Murder Beam has been tested on the run and the 
          result was: looks like I got a solid 0:46 (this means a 0:46.25-
          30 secs) at my last save, ending up with 0:59 and nothing more. 
          So I give this advice: only trust on your Murder Beam to save you 
          15 secs at the MB fight.

          Rooms for improvement: The Horizontal Super Jump in LN. I could 
          easily fix this one any time a want :p. Out of the first four rooms 
          in Tourian the first two and the last one are just plain bad considering 
          I always go flying around in these rooms like nothing. This could be 
          another project but I'm very interested in doing a Quick-kill Kraid 
          glitch in my future runs. That's all I can think of right now, so enjoy
