Well, it turns out that the guy at the IP address is an admin at
verio.  He used to be a best guy, I think.  His name is Larry Sherman.

So, the tech finally read the notes to me on the ticket involvnig the
shutdown of my IP.  Turns out they routed it to 0 at their end of the
SDSL line because of "abuse".  

When I pressed them on "abuse" they said they were waiting for info
from larry, and that they would have called me earlier.

So I decided to see what Larry was looking at:

	Well well well.  Looks like he read the FAQ and then saw my
Warez page.  The Warez page has a copy of DeCSS, as in the program to
strip Cascading StyleSheet info from HTML documents.

	I think I may be able to take the moral high ground here.
These guys didn't even CHECK to see what it was I was offering.  They
never contacted me, which probably means they got leaned on by
someone.

	I'm heading back into the logs to do more research.
