I've never written anything in Fortran - I've just tried to get
other people's Fortran code to compile (with various levels
of success).  Anyway, I'm not complaining about you writing
anything - just pointing out your shameless act of self promotion.

As for the current tulip bubble, let it burst.  While values
may change the tulip-growers should still get the credit they
deserve for bringing beauty to the world.

I fully agree.  On the plus side we have;
	Creating mailing lists, BBS and chat software to encourage
	communication.
On the minus side we have;
	Discouraging community coding and cooperation by naming the
	project after one person.
