	Er, we did.  We pointed out that people who thought that
machines counted those votes better had OBVIOUSLY NEVER USED PUNCHED
CARDS.

	It was this usage, as well as the context of scrap paper left
from binding a book that i was familiar with.  It irked me to hear
people try to pluralize it.
