He is currently out on a $50,000 bond posted by his employer.  I don't know 
if that will be returned or not right now; I suspect not.

Also, his testimony will possibly help Elcom; he is required to testify for 
the US, but plans to testify (to the same story) for both sides.  He is 
still an Elcom employee and presumably has an interest in helping them keep 
their bond and their business.
