	I'm sure it depends on the method used.  There are different
	approaches to copy-protecting CDs, although all of them seem to
	involve creating some kind of error in the encoding that
	confuses a CD-ROM.

	You don't need to attack the system to violate the DMCA;
	I'm pretty sure you just need to "circumvent" it.
