"Earlier Sklyarov's lawyers won court approval for Sklyarov's return
to Russia. Now he will be waiting for the court decision on the
Elcomsoft case in Moscow calling representatives of U.S. justice once
a month."

"Under an understanding Sklyarov pledged not to break American laws
even outside the United States until all charges against him are
dropped. Lawyers say this will not happen earlier than in year's
time."

"[Vladimir] Katalov said that Sklyarov will continue working for
Elcomsoft but will refrain from developing products related to
electronic books in one way or other. "At the advice of lawyers the
company has imposed a moratorium on the development of such
products," he said adding that Sklyarov will have plenty of other
work to do because "a professional of such a standard will not remain
without a job."
