"Something in there holding the line," responds the red haired scout.

Alex will sling her rifle, draw her pistol with her left hand and her 
knife with her right hand
She will then slash at the line with the enchanted dagger, and assuming 
the line gets cut, grab the baby and attempt to retreat.
