This was one aspect of the man that made me cringe.  I'm sorry you
had to put up with this sort of thing.  You shouldn't have to.
Frankly, if you'd given him a good swift kick, I would have been
cheered by it.

You may be interested to know that Mike Nelson, owner of Chico the

different reasons.  Loathes the man on the basis of a one-hour
encounter.
