You wouldn't need to have cvsup, which is quite a PITA. Instead, just
have a CVS server (cvs.crackmonkey.org) and set up a mirror user.

People can then just check out the crackmonkey web site:

        cvs -d:pserver:mirror at cvs.crackmonkey.org:/var/local/cvs checkout -d /where/I/put/CM/root web-home

Then people can just run a cron job to update the directory on their
server.

        cd /where/I/put/CM/root ; cvs update

Badda-bing and the proverbial badda-boom.
