I was under the impression the primary function of this list
was to work on freeing Dmitry and actually got flamed for it 
yesterday and sorta flamed for this one ;).

However, there is a DMCA mailing list here:

I'm not sure if people will get flamed for this thread and the
threat is enough to make me think twice about certain ideas 
regardless of their importance. I think this is a good thread.

I guess it's up to the list members what they find important...
