Another important arguement.

Copy protection, digital rights management and encryption do absolutely 
nothing to stop commencial piracy.  Off-shore pirates still make bit-fot-bit 
copies and sell them on the black market.  All that DMR and the DMCA do is 
take away my rights as a consumer.  Dimitry Sklyarov tried to give me my 
rights back.  NOW HE'S IN JAIL!
