We just had a suggestion for a new counter-term:

Limited Rights Media

I personally don't like it very much, because it sounds similar to things 
like Limited Run Movies, Limited Edition CD's, and so on and so forth, as 
if it has a desirable exclusivity about it.

And as we all know, cryptographically encapsulated media is not at all 
desirable, and if it is exclusive at all, it has been made so only 
artificially.		 

These are just my opinions, let me know if any of you disagree.
