[free-sklyarov] Splitting the List

I Agree, Perhaps More than Two Lists.

One for Urls/Events Etc
One for Discussion
and One that Contains sends out the Mails from Both.

This way you Can stay on Topic, and a specific important notice can reach
everyone.

Just an idea...
