This is actually a very interesting and very polemical artistic
commentary on recent trends in technology. Steve Mann is a very
smart, um, man*, whose work is definitely work paying attention to.

The installation is at SFAI, where my mother used to work in the
1970s. If you are in decent shape, it's not bad walking distance from
downtown San Francisco (northwest), or from Ghirardelli Square
(southeast).

SFAI has a very beautiful view from the roof, which is open to the
public. Art fans might be interested in their large art library,
which is kept in an old tower.

I like going there. It's really peaceful and really interesting.
There's always a lot on display, from famous people's work to current
students' work.

Also, my mom once adopted a cat from the fountain in the SFAI
courtyard. That's a longer story.

* As opposed to, say, Aimee Mann ("One", "Wise Up", etc.).
