[Seth-Trips] Library of Congress anticircumvention hearings, Washington, D.C., May 9

I'll probably be testifying on behalf of EFF at the hearings held by
the United States Copyright Office, Library of Congress, at the Postal
Rate Commission in Washington, D.C., on Friday, May 9.  I'd be a witness
on the "broadcast monitoring" panel, which is the second panel of the
day.
