[Seth-Trips] MGM v. Grokster, Feb. 3, Pasadena

The _Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer v. Grokster_ appeal will probably be argued
before the 9th Circuit in Pasadena on February 3.  This is one of the
most important copyright and technology cases of the decade, and the
appeal will be argued for the defendant-appellee StreamCast Networks
by EFF's own Fred von Lohmann.
