I unexpectedly and very unfortunately can't go to Washington State as
I had intended this weekend. That means I'm probably going to be able
to attend the oral argument in Bowoto v. ChevronTexaco tomorrow morning.
ChevronTexaco is moving for summary judgment.
I submitted a declaration in opposition to this motion, and my
declaration was mentioned in a footnote, so I feel like a genuine
footnote to history, and I'd like to go and see if my footnote is
mentioned at all -- or what happens.
The argument will be held at the Federal Building in San Francisco before
Judge Susan Illston, on Friday the 23rd (tomorrow) starting at 9:00a.
