[Seth-Trips] Cert in Elk Grove v. Newdow

It now looks like the case will be argued on February 23, 24, or 25, or
on March 1, 2, 3, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, or 31.  I'm guessing that March 1,
2, or 3 is likeliest.
