[Seth-Trips] Nitke v. Ashcroft, SDNY, October 27

Does anybody want to go to New York City to hear arguments in Nitke v.
Ashcroft?

Trial has been set for October 27 in the U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York, in lower Manhattan.  I worked on this
case a little bit, and I'm thinking of trying to go to hear it, but I
haven't decided yet.
