[Seth-Trips] Helping couples at City Hall (Monday morning)

I got back about an hour and a half ago from bringing pizza to people
outside City Hall, where between 100 and 300 people are now camped out
overnight in the rain in the hope of being married tomorrow. They
are beautiful. (Recall that Monday may be the last day that San Francisco
is able to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, depending on the
results of the court hearing on Tuesday.)
It was a very exciting and rewarding experience, and many, many San
Franciscans have been turning out with food, blankets, umbrellas, etc.
The situation got a lot worse in the narrow logistic sense when it
started to rain, but the people I saw at City Hall two hours ago were
still elated.
I think they could use more help and I'm currently thinking of trying
to bring them some bananas, bottled water, bagels and dry socks in the
morning. (City Hall opens at 10:00, so there should be people up for
breakfast before that. I have the day off for Presidents' Day.)
I'm not sure I'll be able to buy all those things by myself and still
get down there before City Hall opens. The especially challenging
part is that Noah's (where I thought to pick up the bagels) is pretty
far out of my way. Would anybody like to lend a hand?
If so, give me a call or send e-mail early in the morning. I probably
won't be able to get up until shortly before 8:00.
