to the FCC's broadcast flag rule:

> Tuesday, February 22, 9:30 AM sharp (it is the only argument of the 
> day).  US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, 333 Constitution Avenue, 
> NW, 5th Floor Courtroom.  Judiciary Square is the closest Metro stop.  
> The case will be heard before Judges Edwards, Sentelle and Rogers.  
> Pantelis Michalopolous from Steptoe and Johnson will be arguing the
