[Seth-Trips] Chinese New Year parade Saturday evening

There will be a Chinese New Year parade in San Francisco this evening.
I enjoyed it a lot when I went several years ago.  If you don't live in 
San Francisco, you should probably not try to enter the City this
evening (except perhaps by BART).
