[Taocow PBEM] OOC: Rules Query

Actually, I don't particularly like it.  I prefer your method, or at
least something similar to it.  The more dice you roll, the more
likely you are to have a good score.

I'm thinking of applying at least short burst rules to these kinds of guns.
