[K'murd-faka]
The K'murd-faka demon manages to block Talas's death blow with his
free arm [Dodge: 16], but cannot dodge the round house kick [Dodge: 12].
The demon is knocked back, barely keeping his hand on his sword,
which he tries to strike at Talas with [Strike: 1 critical failure], but simply
slicing the air.

[K'murd-faka]
The K'murd-faka again attempts to stop Talas [Dodge: 9], but fails,
and the sword goes flying from its hands.

[Koba]
Koba will take an aimed shot at the crossbow of one of the dwarves
hoping to disable it or scare him away. He will atempt to dodge if
they get a shot off before him.
[\Koba]

[GM]
The dwarf creature easily sidesteps the shot [Dodge: 19].  It returns
fire [Strike: 11].
[/GM]

[GM]
Koba just barely dodges the shot.  It's at that moment that Alex's
message comes through on the radio:
[/GM]

> [Alex]
> "I just had something extremely  weird happen. Some witch appeared.
> Something then seemed to take her away."
>
She then proceeds to give them a quick run down of the witch melting
a path through the forest to some ruins in the distance.
> [/Alex]

[K'murd-faka]
Suddenly the K'murd-faka screams out "No!  Kerak-zukul-imak!  The
witch has betrayed me."
[/K'murd-faka]

[GM]
The blue dwarves suddenly give up any attack on Koba, and race towards
Alex's location.
[/GM]

[K'murd-faka]
The demon leaps to its feet.  "I'd love to stay and chat, Queller, but I have
pressing business."  Above one of the pterodactyl birds can be seen
approaching at great speed.
[/K'murd-faka]
